Welcome to The Random Artificer. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", "our" and "The Random Artificer" refer to The Random Artificer.

The Random Artificer operates this website and online store, including all information, content, products, services, tools and features made available through it (collectively, the "Services"). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

We make every effort to display our products, colours, descriptions and specifications as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearances may vary depending on your device, monitor settings and viewing conditions.

Many of our products are handmade, custom-made, personalised, laser engraved, 3D printed or otherwise individually produced. As a result, slight variations in colour, finish, dimensions or appearance may occur and shall not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where products are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, pricing errors occur, or fraud is suspected.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a full refund.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges and any additional fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you place an order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information when placing an order.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within the timescales stated on our website. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, industrial disputes, severe weather conditions, customs delays or other unforeseen events.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person nominated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

Ownership of the goods passes to you only after we have received payment in full.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights regarding delayed, damaged, faulty or undelivered goods.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Although Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products, all purchases made through our store are made directly from The Random Artificer.

We are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, customer service, returns and warranties relating to products sold through our store.
